AFD POLICIES

We founded Attis Floral + Design with one goal in mind: giving our clients beautiful floral arrangements. We conduct business according to our values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our business policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!


CUSTOM ARRANGEMENTS

  • Full payment must be received within 24hrs of receiving the invoice.

  • A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your order. This is done through our online floral shop. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

  • All orders are final.

  • Custom orders need a minimum of two weeks to be completed. This starts when the deposit is received. (Please order accordingly)

  • After a final consultation, a separate invoice will be sent via email with the remaining balance for your order.

  • When the Invoice & Contract is sent by email, a reply back is considered as a confirmation that you agree to our terms of service.

  • Payments can be done via email at create@attisfloraldesign.com.

  • We reserve the right to substitute in the event that the flowers requested are not of quality. The color scheme and style will be respected. Flowers of equal value will be used. You will be notified of the changes. 

Applicable on orders of over $150.00.

A 60% DEPOSIT WILL BE ASKED BEFOREHAND. Order is confirmed once the 60% is received. If you do decide to pay the 60%, you will be able to pay the rest at any time (Although it has to be paid before or during the day of pickup or delivery).​


DELIVERY

Your arrangement will be delivered on the day specified. You will be contacted prior to delivery to inform you that arrangement is on its way.

Once arrived, we will knock or ring for you to come get your arrangement. If we do not get an answer, the arrangement will be left in front of your house, at a spot we deem secure.

If you are located in an apartment building, we will ring if a buzzer number provided. If there is no answer, we will leave with the arrangement and inform you. Another delivery date will have to be arranged at a cost or you can decide to pick it up. Your order will need to be picked up within the next 2 days. The same conditions apply if the arrangement is to be delivered as a gift to someone else. Please make sure that the recipient is at the location of delivery. If no answer we will inform you. We can not give specific times for deliveries.

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we do offer contactless deliveries. Mask will be worn at all times.
