DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY PICKUP OR DELIVERY?
We do not offer this option at this time.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver in Ottawa and Gatineau.
CAN I PICK A DELIVERY TIME?
If you have a specific time you'd like us to deliver, please let us know in advance in order for us to plan accordingly.
WILL MY FLOWERS BE LEFT AT MY DOOR IF I'M NOT THERE?
Once arrived, we will knock or ring for you to come get your arrangement. If we do not get an answer, the arrangement will be left in front of your house, at a spot we deem secure.
If you are located in an apartment building, we will ring if a buzzer number provided. If there is no answer, we will leave with the arrangement and inform you. Another delivery date will have to be arranged at a cost or you can decide to pick it up. Your order will need to be picked up within the next 2 days. The same conditions apply if the arrangement is to be delivered as a gift to someone else. Please make sure that the recipient is at the location of delivery. If no answer we will inform you. We can not give specific times for deliveries.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Minimal changes can be done such as upgrades or if the delivery date needs to be pushed. Advance notice is required for any changes.
I'M GETTING MARRIED AND PLANNING MY WEDDING. WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLORIST?
A minimum of 6 months is advised. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, things are so unpredictable so the best answer is as soon as possible.
HOW DO I BOOK A CONSULTATION OR CONTACT YOU FOR MY WEDDING?
You can request to book a consultation by going to the "Services" tab and selecting "Book a consultation".
CAN YOU DO WEDDINGS/EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OTTAWA?
Anywhere surrounding Ottawa, yes. Farthest would be Montreal. The consultations and meetings would mostly be done via Zoom or phone.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT FLOWERS I WANT?
No need to worry! We will have a consultation to know what styles you'd like. We will have a proposal sent to you to help you envision your arrangement or event day to ensure that you get what you want.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES SUCH AS RENTALS AND FAVORS?
Yes, we do! We have a few items that are available for rent. You can complete a form in the "Services" tab to request a rental. We also can discuss event favour ideas.
CAN I SEE AN EXAMPLE OF MY CUSTOM ARRANGEMENT BEFORE THE ORDER IS COMPLETED?
We can create mockups of your arrangements for an extra cost. This is only applicable for weddings and events. Mockups can be made a minimum of a month before your event date.

Fees are determined per your delivery location. Please refer to the list below to know your fees based on either the first 3 characters of your postal code in Ottawa or your location in Quebec:
